Shawn Harrington

Shawn founded the firm Forensic Rock in 2019 to singularly focus on the dynamic field of accident reconstruction. Throughout his career, he has served as a nationally renowned expert in the fields of accident reconstruction and forensic engineering. Shawn has testified in state and federal courts throughout the country and has analyzed thousands of cases involving passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, pedestrians, bicycles, motorcycles, and more. Shawn possesses a CDL, inspects and drives heavy trucks, volunteers as a firefighter, conducts accident reconstruction research, and writes and reviews peer-reviewed papers for authorities like the SAE and Collision Magazine. Bill Ward
Associate Accident Reconstructionist
Bill is an associate accident reconstructionist with Forensic Rock and holds a mechanical engineering degree from Rowan University. Serving as Forensic Rock’s resident sUAS pilot and VCRASH wizard, Bill has a unique and recon-ready background of vehicle repair and mechanics, motorcycle repair, mechanics and operation, and an awesome if-you-give-me-tools-I’ll-figure-it-out mentality. Like Shawn used to (ten years ago), Bill currently rocks it out with his band The Loop in his free time where he is a self-taught bassist and keyboard player.
Chris Pfaff
Senior Paralegal & Project Manager
Chris graduated Cum Laude from Pierce College with a BS in Paralegal Studies and is Forensic Rock’s senior paralegal and project manager. She has worked in field of accident reconstruction for over a decade with two reputable firms in the Philadelphia area. Have a rush case and need to track down vehicles or trucks? Chris is on it! In her free time, Chris enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and watching the Yankees.
